  • Ernest L. and Lou R. Adams Scholarship is awarded to a graduate student in the Department of Agronomy with an interest in range management.
  • Irvin D. and Dora Mae Atkins Scholarship is awarded to an agronomy or plant breeding graduate student with demonstrated academic excellence and dedication to the profession. Preference is given to those with a farm background and a native of Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Texas.
     
  • Kenneth C. and Ann Currie Scholarship is awarded to an agronomy graduate student with preference given to a student from Stockton, KS or Rooks County, Kansas.
  • Roscoe Ellis, Jr. Scholarship is awarded to an agronomy graduate student in soil science. Scholarship criteria includes academic excellence and dedication to the profession.
  • Wayne and Eleanor Freeman Scholarship is awarded to an agronomy graduate student with preference given to a student in the plant breeding program.
  • Kansas Seed Industry Scholarship is awarded to an agronomy graduate student with an emphasis in plant breeding and the seed industry.
  • Neal and Florence E. Morehouse Scholarship is awarded to an agronomy graduate student with an interest in crop production, soil management, exhibits financial need and is a citizen of the United States.
  • Raymond V. Olson Scholarship is awarded to an agronomy graduate student with an emphasis in soils, with preference to a student in soil chemistry. In addition, the recipient will be a United States citizen.
  • Carl and Betty C. Overley Scholarship is awarded to an agronomy graduate student with an interest in seed technology, plant genetics, physiology, anatomy, or ecology.
  • The Rannells Scholarship is awarded to an agronomy graduate student studying range management.
  • Louis P. and Elva G. Reitz Scholarship is awarded to an agronomy graduate student in plant breeding. Scholarship criteria includes academic excellence and dedication to the profession.
  • Dan M. Rodger’s Scholarship is awarded to an agronomy graduate student in the plant breeding program with an emphasis in sorghum breeding.
